Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

We had the front of our bathtub cutout about 2.5 feet wide so that it could be used as a walk in shower or you could put the peice back in to use it as a tub. It is a nice idea. We were told we would get a copy of the finished work order and we have not received this. Could you send or email me a copy. Thank you

My review of install

We love our walk-in shower but the sliding glass doors are gimpy. They feel cheap and look cheap. Not satisfied with them. Perhaps if the top section over the doors were glass, it would stabilize the doors. The installers took down a towel rack and did not reinstall it.

We are very happy with the walk-in shower. The workers were very professional. They came on time. Worked diligently. Work was done in the time frame that was told. Cleaned up and took old materials with them. I would have given them five stars but my start date was pushed back. I would recommend them to other people.

The installation of my shower was great. The customer service that I received from the Installation manager was very bad. He was very rude and argumentative. He didn't think that the company needed to give me a receipt for my payment, and I had to demand a copy of the warranty. That's very disturbing.

Great job on shower. Two gentleman were polite and personable. They cleaned up in the house and were careful with their surroundings inside. The garage was a different story. No tarps were used to protect my car or any other items. No leaf blower was used to get rid of a thick layer of dust. I am 72 and had a broken wrist. I had to hire someone to clean up.

The process was a bit bumpy. However, the workmanship was absolute perfection. I would recommend some in-depth customer service skills for your billing person.

It was a nice experience accept they left the door open to long and let a thousand Flys in my house
