Do not like high pressure tactics, such as “can only offer you this price right now”. Also don’t like the fact that they Leaf Home Safety Solutions charges a 5% surcharge to use a credit card. Once we signed the contract and put down the deposit by check, we were almost harassed to get the plumbers out to do their part. I’m not sure whether or not the price was okay. The plumber is charging over $4,000 for the plumbing but that includes a pedestal sink, commode and bar sink. So over $12,000 for just the shower seems a little high. Do not call them first for an estimate. We won’t be calling them again period.

The job was a mess installed pipe in shower wall with out fastening the pipe inside wall left it that way shower head hanging , when removing old cast iron tub when grinding it in half sparks destroyed the vanity all pitted never covered it , removed insulation on exterior wall never replaced it ,removed the trap never replaced it straight pipe gurgles in kitchen when darning i had a local contractor re do the bathroom threw there junk out !

Installation went okay, after completion slipped in shower, they added strips so wouldn't happen again, well strips started coming up, had man come after repeat calls, laid few more strips, they are coming up and I am still afraid I am going to fall, they said maybe another floor for shower, but I guess they decided to go the cheaper route and put strips down, also didn't get shower head I wanted so had to purchase one myself, fell I got ripped off, expensive lesson to learn

The actual installation was great by the installer and the chairlift works wonderfully well. But... The person who sold it to me quoted a price that was unbelievably High for what I got. When the installer came out he said that is not what I should be having. It needed to be something else and he installed the right product for me. And I cannot get in touch with the financing to get the correct price down. They will not call me back and they are trying to get more money then the product is worth. So the salesman upsold me and I'm not very happy about it. So it'd be nice if somebody called me back!

I was VERY DISPOINTED, I had some issues and had an appointment for a service person to come out and he never showed. A few days later he stopped by and said he had a meeting, could he have called me to let me know, he did not call. He said he would be back, and never showed. I was happy with the way the work looked. One problem I did notice was some of the nails protruded into the wall in my spare room.
