The one day install turned into a four day install and I still had to wait on some screws to install the safety rail myself. Was told that the loan was not a lien against our home during the sale, but when I tried to refinance my home the loan came up as a lien against my home which created big issues. The final product turned out nice but I will never do business with them again.

Honest and Constructive you will get from this family. Initially we would have really liked to have given them at least 4stars possibly 5, however, as a family we're all in an agreement that when your Regional Sales Manager comes into a home, preaches Ethical and Moral conduct of his company, those standards should be upheld by all. Overall, this Company had competitive prices, when they were in the home all was very respectful, cleaned up well. As far as Communication goes, that's entirely a whole other issue. When trying to reach anyone at any point, even when they have given us their Private Number, Extremely Difficult! This brings us back to Ethics & Moral Conduct, Very Unprofessional. The Equipment itself was defective not once, but multiple times and the first Technician that they claim had been with the company for many years and very good, couldn't even place a new wall outlet properly. Our request that he Not return to the home appeared to have been taken seriously till someone booked him for one of the countless home visits, chalk that up to Communication Error! The Equipment was malfunctioning continuously with a very annoying high pitch beeping sound. At this point, the family was done being patient, we had been dealing with this for approx. 2-3 months, Non-Stop Beeping! We started to ask for monies back and to remove the Stair Lift, it had appeared that this company was not taking us seriously and after a few more blunders We as a family demanded the funds to be returned. Then Higher Ups in the Company were called and within a day we had the local Manager at the home doing an evaluation. It did take approx. another month to finish due to COVID and Shipping Slow Downs.

My ceiling was damaged due to the installation of the walk in shower. It is still showing water damage from water leaking from the shower upstairs through my ceiling downstairs. My downstairs ceiling is now completely ruined.

Poor Rating. Once the sales pitch was over and I signed on the dotted line, the sales person was no where to be found. I'm sure that was so I could not cancel the contract in the 3 business days. When the Installation person came, it took 4 separate times for the stairs lifts to be installed, one is still not properly installed and I have given up on your installers. The only person that is helpful at all is the Lady that answers your service number. I am sorry that I bought the stair lifts from your company and would not suggest for anyone to use you in the future.

The operation phase is a disaster,and still not complete after more than two months of promises that don't happen. We contracted for two corner caddys for an existing tub conversion to a walk in shower. The wrong type of caddy came while the initial install work was being done. We then said we would accept two corner shelves instead but that material was not in stock and had to be ordered. Two weeks ago we where notified the shelve material was in stock and operations would be right out to install. Three days ago the installer called to say he would be here today, Saturday, Dec 4, 2021 to do the work at 10:00am. It is now 12:53pm, no installer, no call as to status. This is not acceptable to be strung out in this manner. This issue will be reported to the Raleigh, NC Business Bureau early next week. We need satisfaction ASAP! Very poor way to run a business!

There was a total lack of communication regarding the installation. The tub has been installed and is a little disappointing. The design of the tub and shower .... do not plan on taking a standing shower without a mop. There was a inch + of water all over the floor.
