Salesperson said tub was large enough for 400 lb man, guess he forgot to say he was 7 feet tall. Installer was great, sales man and engineer not so much. I barely fit in tub and have hardly no arm room and I don’t weigh 400 lbs, I asked 2 of my nieces to get in it. Same problem, no arm room and one weighs 210. I went on the word of the salesperson that said a 400 pound man would fit. I definitely needed a larger tub. I also did not like engineer whom said tub needed knee brace built on the end which would have boxed me into it on the toilet. Thanks for the installer whom took care of that. Yes, I like the tub but definitely not big enough, I also have to squeeze to get thru the tub door. Okay, my front door was scrapped up when the tub was brought in which I just found on 8/8/2022, how nice and I wasn’t even told about it, yes let me post a recommendation for your company!!!!!

Communication is not good,we didn't want a shower head with hose,bought one we wanted and put on ourselves,the company they contracted to install were polite and cleaned up,not one person checked after the install to see if we liked it,and I asked for a copy of our final payment told it would be emailed,biggest complaint no communication

I had a tub removed and shower installed. The installer was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and the shower is beautiful. When I was able to finally use the shower I realized the curtain rod was straight, not leaving much room inside the shower without stepping on the curtain. I was suppose to get a curved rod. Also I have no pressure in my sink now, which has never been an issue. I reached out and left a message but we keep missing each other's calls so I have yet to talk to someone.

Your installer, Mark Lovell told me I would need new flooring which he installed for me (extra cost, of course). He did a horrible job of cutting it. It is the most unprofessional job I have seen yet. I have contacted him 4 times to give him the opportunity of making things right with me before posting this review but he will neither answer his phone or return my calls.

Never could get ahold of anyone. Hadto fix a leak myself. If doing job on Friday and you have to wait 24 hours before you can check for leaks, make sure there is a way to get ahold of someone.

End result - nice, but not an easy process like we thought it would be & expensive. We bought a condo, needed our stand alone shower replaced. The scheduled appt. with Leaf salesman was lengthy & high pressured. When we wanted to think about it & possibly shop around, we were pressured to make a decision & told it would cost us an additional amount if we didn't sign that night. Salesman said Leaf had the best price, turn around 3 wks & that all items were in stock. We signed. It took 14 days just for the contractor to come out, he cancelled the day scheduled as his coworker called off, so we had to clear our schedule twice for the contractor. Then he told us what we ordered wasn't in stock & the salesman should of known. We did get an upgrade, that was nice. It took 4 wks to get the shower installed & it took 3 days to install, which we thought would take one day, so again we had to clear 2 more days to be home during the work. We had to buy mudd, drywall & paint above the shower (we have 10 ft ceilings) but the installer did end up helping with the drywall. The installer did an excellent job, considering he did not have any help & had to carry large pieces through our front door & up steps. In the process though, our new storm door glass was scratched. He also had to cut pieces & used our garage, sending dust all over everything including our car that took time to clean up. One week after install, we called service for an appt. as the shower head didn't work correctly in our small stand alone shower & one shelf didn't stay sealed. On appt. day, service person didn't show up during the time we were told, he called us personally & was rude & hung up during our conversation. Girls at office, were great! Ended up having to wait until the next week to get another service person to come out & replace shower head with one that we had bought ourselves, plus reseal the shelf. Not sure we would ever do this again considering how expensive it was for a pre-fab, not custom look, & all the hassles.

Kind of disappointed. The shower is missing grout in a number of areas, one wall board was cut crooked and then the gap filled with grout. A nail they put in, in the shower came through the wall to another room. Have tried to contact them and no one will return our calls. Not what we were expecting
