I am waiting on your team to get the caulking off the shower. I have scrubbed on it for an hour and now waiting for you to get the caulking off. I have an appointment on April 21 for the caulking to be scrubbed off. I hope that it is cleaned off properly as I have been playing phone tag with you and everyone is nice but didn’t have time to clean it up.

Walk-in shower remodel is very bad. Their attempts to correct the poor job have been less than stellar. They have stood me up three times. I'm suppose to pay over $10 grand for a job that looks like I did it. Very disappointed.

I was honest from the very beginning, I spent over $11.000 on a little shower my family can’t even use. They did my shower in January, still not able to use my shower until I find a plumber to find the issue, I suggest you don’t use this company, and don’t pay cash, once they have your money you won’t here from them ! The work they do is not worth the money. They put a $5.00 shower curtain, if you want a shower door it’s another $1000.00, put BS, the caulking job looks like a non professional did the job. They draw you in using HGTV and This Old House, that’s just wrong.

On September 2, 2022 I entered into a contract with Leaf Home Solutions with the intent of replacing my leaking shower. During the contract process I was processed three (3) walls around the shower and tub area. The Leaf Home representative showed up and completed the first half of the work but with a MIXED standard on week seven after starting that the ordering process should take three to four weeks. After several attempts to contact Matt the Leaf Home representative I was in contact with and also without success I was provided the contact information of Daniel. Daniel showed up to review the work that was completed the week before Christmas and agreed to take corrective action. Since then I have not been able to contact Daniel and have been in contact with Josh with mixed results but their is a representative working on my bathroom. The following issues were found upon completion of the first attempt to replace the shower: 1. Water damaged drywall was not replaced (corrected January 11, 2023. 2. Shower pan wrong size (replacement pending) 3. Window sill removed and improperly replaced 4. Window trim not properly sealed 5. Window sill not fully extended 6. Missing soap holder. 7. Shower divider wall not professional cut. 8. Tub siding not properly cut on three sides Daniel agreed to send a representative on December 27, 2020 and a representative has not showed up to correct or complete the work. Each time I call the organization I’m given a new date and no one shows up. As of today I was given the following dates December 29, 2022 and January 2, 2022 all of which were no-shows. On January 11, 2023, another representative was sent from your organization and as of today the work is still being completed because the wrong parts were ordered.

Shower has various mistakes and was not complete. Never signed the completion form and was billed immediately after the installer reported he was done. The supervisor had seen everything that was wrong and incomplete and set a date to return. Never returned and won't pick there phone up when I call. Took my money and ran. Be aware this is a scam company!

LHSS had a sun contractor come out to complete our shower install on 11/07/22. That sub contractor did a terrible job! Installed the shower head incorrectly, didn’t have the correct materials to complete so took short cuts. The caulking is absolutely horrible, molding pulling away from wall. The sun contractor was incredibly unprofessional. We made calls to the “manager” as we were assured by our sales representative that he wanted to hear from us. We’ve left several calls and still have not heard back. The project manager has been helpful and is sending out another sub contractor but as of today 12/02/22 our bathroom shower has not been completed correctly. I would not recommend LHSS. We were going to have them do our master bathroom as well but that will not be happening. Very poor experience and one star is too good for them.
