Leadpages has provided me with a memorably bad customer service experience. We, like so many others, made the mistake of signing up for a trial to check out their service. We used the software for an absolute maximum of 3 minutes just to poke around and check it out. But, because we'd used an infrequently used PayPal account to sign up, it took us several month to realize that we'd been paying for access to an software that we'd totally forgotten and never ever used a second time. I understand that we bear some responsibility, but their response for any sort of refund has been an unequivocal "sucks to be you" while woodenly quoting us the fine print of their TOS, as if it's some inviolable natural law. So here we are now, out several hundred dollars, for the the simple crime of showing a bit of interest in their software. Again, 3 minutes of usage, at the maximum. I wish we'd never signed up for the trial and encourage anyone to consider another, less-greedy company for their landing pages.

These guys are thief's, they will charge Without notifying you they will switch you from trial to paid service. Run when you see them. Didn't even try out. Much better and safer tools out there . Thank you for taking my money and Then replying happily that you wont charge me again! the nerve!

Raised rates on me without notice, will not refund my subscription even though I cancelled on the first day of the month, the very day the subscription was charged. (My suggestion is, if you guys are going to raise rates, make sure we ACCEPT the new rate, just an email will not do!)

If I could give 0 stars I would...the customer service there don't seem to have any human beings with an ounce of empathy and understanding. I signed up for a trial as my potential client was going to be using it and I needed to know if I could use it ok before my interview. I didn't get the job unfortunately, but my free trial went into a paid membership of $49 per month. It was 2 months later I noticed it coming out of my bank wondering what that was. When I further looked into it, it was my error that I forgot to cancel it within the time period. What I don't understand when it's a digital product of which they can see I did not touch once in the 2 months and they can clearly see that I gained nothing out of this, that they charged me for it and will not return the money even though I have explained it was a genuine mistake. I think if these big businesses thought about the little people a little more with a bit more compassion for mistakes like this, when it has clearly cost them nothing at all is beyond me. These large companies are ruthless and just want your money at all costs. Thoroughly disappointed in the decision you took in not to return the money, when it was clearly a mistake and had not used the system at all after the initial hour within the trial period. I understand I signed an agreement at the start, however surely when things like this happen surely a bit of empathy and discretion is required and show that you are human. Out of principle I will never use your company in the future and I will recommend others not to use you too if this is how you do business.

If I could give them 1 star I would. An annual fee came out of my account, I haven't used them, no notification that this was happening (no email, no message). You contact them and get bot generic messages, and then they simply say you can't refund. Rubbish customer service.

I ve chose this tool because it was the only Landing Page tool I found for $49/month. Yesterday I ve received an email their plan will out of blue increase to 99/$ month. this is insane. Ive spent months building my pages and chose this among better competitors for the price and they only give you 14-day notice to move elsewhere now that they decided to rise their prices. I do not recommend and regret purchasing this. You should tell your customers at least 3 months before that you plan to increase the prices. There are cheaper tools on the market for small businesses like mine.

I am surprised to hear that I am hearing from a boss of a company. Frankly it is extremely unusual to get such a callous and insensitive response from bosses on such issues. I am surprised as this leaves a bad taste and terrible impression of your company. Enjoy the robbed money , and I hope you guys can sleep well with a conscience. Share this with your other bosses and enjoy the robbery together.
