Hi Vadim. I can understand the frustration of activating your account only to decide you do not need it later on! I can see our team did do all they could to try and obtain a refund for you including lifting this up to our billing team, but in this case we they were not able to refund that charge. We don't offer refunds on past charges for services rendered. If you're still currently being charged, it's most likely that the account hasn't in-fact been cancelled. You can complete this process by pressing the 'Cancel' button within the 'Billing' menu. We appreciate you taking your time review your experience with Leadpages :) Like most subscriptions, having access to your account is a benefit of having a paid subscription. Pages can't be accessed without an active account, which is standard practice. Having said that, it looks like we've since granted you a nonobligatory, temporary reactivation as a courtesy, so you can get access to your pages. I'm happy we could get this resolved. As for your spam leads, we fully understand your frustration at the irregularly high number of leads you've received. On the ticket you opened on this, it looks like we provided you a list of alternative options outside of Google ReCaptcha, as opposed to leaving it unresolved. I would suggest reviewing the last email reply to double check the alternatives we provided. It seems like there may have simply been a misunderstanding here, but if you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach back at [email protected] and we'll be happy to continue assisting. Since you left this review, it looks like you've worked extensively with our support team and had your complex issue resolved, with a positive review even left on that ticket. It looks like the first point of contact with us on this was in Dec 2024 and we've worked with you since then, as opposed to it being a 6-month long process, so there may have simply been a misunderstanding there.
