Building a Culture of Inclusion
Our organization partnered with The Leaders Institute to demonstrate our company's leadership principles in action.The visualization activities and Build-a-Bike not only brought our remote team together physically, it helped us build a culture of inclusion and learn to leverage one another's strengths. I highly recommend this activity to others looking to bring a team together and give back to the community.

Second event even better than the first
This is our second year having Amy Maybury host a Build-A-Bike program and it was a huge success just like the first program! Amy came back this year with a new program for the Build-A-Bike project that had us building like last year but the process of earning the bike parts was a completely new and kept everyone engaged and working together to complete their bikes. This year's activity focused on team communication and listening. The response from participants was 100% positive.

Build-A-Bike
Our teambuilding exercise was Build-A-Bike and it was fantastic! I flew in from Oregon to Florida for an event. TLI made sure I had everything needed for a successful teambuilding experience. Our rep, Laura, was like sunshine in a conference room! Very outgoing and full of energy. Everyone was engaged and had a wonderful time!

Doug Staneart delivered a great Team Building program to our management team during our recent fall retreat. I highly recommend Doug and the Build-A-Bike program.
