The Leaders Institute ® Team BuildingReviews of leadersinstitute.com

Susan was awesome. The even went off without a hitch, and even the more reserved members of the team had a good time. Teh opening activities were great and having the kids there at the end sealed the deal.

Brandon, from the The Leaders Institute, made the entire process, from understanding the offerings, receiving a quote, completing the contract, receiving materials and the actual event, a seamless and enjoyable experience. The event exceeded every expectation that we had.

Susan (our facilitator) and the team at The Leadership Institute were a pleasure to work with. From the very first phone call, the communication was excellent and logistics were well-managed. Susan and I had a couple of check-ins before our event to ensure she was familiar with our team and objectives. When she arrived on site, she handled all of the details like a seasoned pro. Her facilitation skills were amazing and she had a team of 30+ fully engaged in the activities. She also had a representative from the Ronald McDonald House come to our meeting to accept the bikes we built. It was a poignant moment to hear how the bikes will bring moments of joy to families experiencing the unimaginable. I highly recommend this activity for any team looking for a meaningful way to give back in their community.

We hired the Leaders Institute to conduct a teambuilding/giving back event at our company offsite. The team was great to work with and the event we chose, aMAZEing Builders, was a lot of fun. One employee, who is fairly new, even commented - "I finally feel a part of the team".

Our group had such a great time! Not only did we get further insights into working as a team, we also got to do something great for our local community. I highly recommend The Leaders Institute!

The Leaders Institute was fantastic in leading our bike build event. Our leadership team really was engaged and enjoyed it. We will definitely book again if the opportunity arises! They were easy to work with from the beginning and timely and organized upon arrival. I enjoyed the process start to finish.

The training event was a great learning experience and also for a worthy cause. Toby Martini was the instructor and did a great job keeping the group of 35 engaged while learning and doing team building. We will most likely use at some of our plant locations as this was a corporate activity.

Enthusiastic instructor and engaging activities made for a rewarding experience. So much fun to meet the families receiving the bike donations!
