I had a connection problem with Le VPN on my Apple Mac O.S. systems. I emailed the support team and they responded immediately with the solution to my problem. I followed the advice and was up and running in no time. One of the things I really like about Le VPN is that don't usually have a problem with connection. It's very simple even for a techno phobe like myself, reliable and great customer service. I recommended it to my sister because she was using a different one and she really likes it too. Lydia

Have used Le VPN and predecessor MPN for many years. First class product, support only needed very occasionally and when needed, it's there in minutes. Just recently had to use the support system, Le VPN solved my problem (not caused by Le VPN but a result of me changing kit) literally by return, excellent service. Highly recommended.
