I don't no much about VPNs, but the service seems to work fine. My only complaint is that when I bought the service, Le VPN put it on automatic renewal without me choosing that option.

Good product - I mainly use smart DNS - for access to sites from all devices in the house. Use the VPN occasionally. Support answers sometimes a bit slow.

I really do like this VPN but it can be frustrating sometimes. For example, I know that the VPN is connected but I keep getting messages to say that has been disconnected when actually it has not. The other annoying thing is that although I can mostly use the ITV App, to use the BBC I player I normally have to restart my Macbook. Apart from that, it's easy to use and the support is very good.

Connection software (Open VPN and Le VPN) not working. The support was excellent and would have been 5 star - but I was asked to send a screenshot but was not told that your system only accepted an image or a pdf- so we had an extra couple of unnecessary emails. Not a problem. Have never been disappointed with the Support Team

When Chris came online via Teamviewer, he solved my connection problem very quickly and efficiently. Top marks for that. I had sent an e-mail detailing my problem (unable to connect with Le VPN) some time before and clearly specifying that I was operating Windows & from a desktop. Initially Le VPN suggested that I down load an update (which I did in fact do, without solving the problem) but I maintain that any updates should be handled by VPN themselves. I also got an e-mail with what it was suggested that I should do which included instructions for an Apple Mac ! I think Le VPN send out standard type repliues to customers, rather than making specific tailored responses.
