I cancelled Le VPN subscription before the 7 day free testing period by App Store. I've even deleted the app from all my gadgets some days ago. So, I don't understand why they continue to send me invoices for renewal payment.

C'est une erreur à plusieurs niveaux : - Utilisation d'un email personnel au lieu du dit vendeur tiers (Apple Store). - Abonnement annulé mais contrainte à un renouvellement.

Hi guys! So, I used other VPN provider before, but don't needed VPN for a while. And decided to give a try for LeVPN . After several month of montly subscription my verdict is: 1. Speed 3-5 times slower. Ok for browsing, but sucks for downloads or 4K online videos. 2. Some servers not able to connect at all. 3. Montly price lower. In January canceled my subscription, cause decided to return to old VPN provider. And you know what? In my user's area subscription is canceled. But LeVPN continues to charge money from me. How do you like that? By my opinion, that's a scam and they think customers so stupid, that don't notice that. So, if you want to use LeVPN - pay with temporary card that you may throw out after payment. Not you everyday card, definetely!

This vpn is the worst so far 1- takes long time to connect and some country cant even connect 2_ somtimes its show connected then i go check my ip adress not even changed ! 3- after waiting long time to connect and sereaching over and over to find a server that work i check my internet speed its much slower. hAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE SINCE SWITCHING FROM MPN been weeks of me having to do fixes that dont work I am not tech savvy thats why i used MPN for ease now all i get is do this do that things i dont understand so have moved to UK EX PAT no mucking about straight in no probs

Terrible service, I use to use MPN for 10 years and I had no problems. Now this service is awful after 10 minutes it disconnects. Simetimes shorter. So fed up with it. I have never been so angry at a poor service, support is none existent.
