LeVPN has fixed their Australian service and I really appreciate it. They added a new media server and it works 100% lovely. THANK YOU for listening and apologies it has taken me 4 months to follow up and update but now that I have I am VERY pleased. They always have done great on UK and Ireland, but this makes viewing and listening totally wonderful! Thank you!

Brilliant service

Contacted Le VPN yesterday afternoon when I couldn't connect and within an hour they replied with a resolution that worked. Great service.

I've been using le VPN for some years now and have had consistently good service. Not only does the app itself work like clockwork, but the technical support has been exceptional. On the one or two occasions when something's gone wrong - just now because of a Windows update that interferes with the app - it was fixed after an hour or two. I'm not techy, but the instructions of what to do were simple enough for a child to follow! I can very highly recommend this company!

I cannot fault this service. As someone in their 70's I need explanations in simple language, so I've no complaints with the service I get. If I have a problem, customer services have always sorted it quickly. Just perfect.

Your service has put me back in contact with my country of origin in a way I never hoped for. Your operators are always kind and polite when there are the occasional hiccupps or I have a problem. A quick response was given to my problem of not being able to access the VPN. The solution was very instructive and easy to follow and the problem was resolved without any further issues.

Problems with connection after an upgrade... helpful emails, connection now working.
