I have read some bad comments, but if you happen to see mine, please know those negative comments are all wrong, every institution has its issues and bad eggs because we are all mortals. But the church is the best thing that has happened to me and my family. They are the most supportive and loving community you will ever come across. The doctrines taught are focused on Christ and they will never force you to do anything. I hope anyone who has had a negative experience realize that some members who aren’t truly converted can mess up sometimes and that no one is perfect.

Family-focused and community enriching and strengthening church. They routinely step in to help each other and their neighbors and are routinely among the first to work with local agencies for disaster response. They believe in a loving, kind, compassionate God who is the Father of the spirits of all human beings and in Jesus Christ who atoned for sin and overcame death.

"Come Holy Spirit, feel the hearts of your faithful with the fire of your love." (Gospel Acclamation) As we open up our lives e this power,we will began manifest the fruits and gifts of the Spirit. In Galatians 5:22-23 Paul lists the fruits of the Spirit as Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and self-motivated ,self-motivated- self- control (for a list of the gifts of the Spirit see,e.g.1Cor.12:7-11) We have seen the true Light,we have received the heavenly Spirit,we have found the true faith:we adore the indivisible Trinity ,who has saved us.'( Byzantine Liturgy Pentecost Vespers)

The gospel of Jesus Christ has made my life worth living. We all are sinners and there is joy in knowing that God loves us in spite of our imperfections and that he is still willing to stretch out his hand to us and show us a better way to live our lives and serve others and know that every person on this earth are our brothers and sisters. There are many opportunities in this church to learn, grow, serve and improve our character and even practical ways to conduct healthy and stable living. Serving takes commitment but Jesus said those who lose their life in him will find it. He expects us to strive to be like him and he shows us the way. He gave his life to make up the difference after all we can do to follow him. We all have our own pace and times when we fail in spite of our aim. Life is a time of testing, trial, learning, growing, repenting and serving and that is a lot of what I have learned going to this church.

A lot of people think of us as a "cult" or a "company" we are not. We are friendly people who spread the words of Christ. We love to serve others and use are tithings to help provide for people in need, church renovations, hymn books, temples (To share gods love around the world), and service project's. In fact I will be serving a mission in Pocatello ,Idaho, and can't wait to start!

I have been a life long member, and though there will always be questions that arise, I have found legitimate answers to those questions. With 48 years of scrutiny, I have come to the conclusion that this is the real deal. The church really is run by revelation from Deity. Anyone who gets offended here and gives a poor review is looking to be offended by something. That being said, all people would do well take advantage of the happiness and stability that comes from a commitment to this faith.
