Same as everyone else - cancelled a show and no refund given. They don’t respond to emails, dispute the payment with your bank (I got refunded straight away) and let the banks go after them.

DISGUSTING DISRESPECTFUL AND SHAMEFUL SCAMER... Own me £330 for show entries and when show dates was moved couple of times I asked for refund and they blocked me almost evrywhere.

They advertise their tickets are limited and so pucrachesd 2 adults tickets which were quite if not very expensive, a week after (probably their sells were doing bad) suprisingly they put the prices down ( normally as you approach the show dates, early birds are no longer available and tickets are actually more expensive as they become limited) costing £20.less. that is quite a massive difference and when I asked for a refund or a credit note against something else they reminded me about the no refund policy. A scam company clearly and bad customer service.

I cannot wait for LCWW and Steven himself to come back to OZ. Last time he was here was the first time I met him. Not only was he an exceptional person and judge, he was kind, and so relaxed to chat to. Haters are going to hate but this man deserves the love he gives.

I have a lot of friends that paid big money to show their cats. I thought SM was amazing at first. He brought new ideas and change to cat shows. People want to hear the judges and see the cats. They want a show and SM did that. All this went to his head unfortunately. He assumed he was a star and has gone as far as asking people to pay him just to talk to him. He was on "Cameo" He offered to judge your cat via video call for money. And just this week sent out an email for people to pay him to talk to him. He's falling faster than Satan did from heaven. There's an entire Facebook page dedicated to him scamming people and he wants people to pay him after scamming thousands of people? He cancels shows, moves locations, no refunds given. This isn't all. He's made several mistakes scoring cats. That's where I come in. My cat won best in show but SM screwed up and awarded the wrong cat. It was brought to his attention and he said my cat would get his awards. I asked him to take down his public post awarding the wrong cat. He refused. Then he said that the owners of the cats sign a form that he's not to be held accountable for mistakes. Then he refused to make the correction even though his own public scoring sheet shows my cat won. A few people with big names in cat shows wrote him and told him he needs to correct. He's mad at me because I won't let it go. I'm not going to because the wrong cat has free advertising now. The lady that owns the cats has that award on her website. This makes people assume her cat is better because of this mistake and because some people still think LCWW is legitimate. I then offered to pay for my trophy and certificate. Now let's put the cherry on top. I was sent a screen shot of him telling his employees to put me on the "suspended for life" list. If my name goes on a list he's further hurting my reputation as a show cat breeder. The cat in question finished his career in TICA as 14th best allbreed cat internationally with a lifetime achievement. He made a mistake and is now actively trying to destroy my reputation. If this post is flagged by SM (as I see him disputing a lot of peoples truths) I have proof of everything I've said. Pictures, screenshots of his conversations. His threat. I have it all... I was just notified on 07/01/2026 to fix my review. Lcww complained because I used the scammers name. So I used SM so the post stays up and people can see what he is. Also, I would LOVE it if SM would take me to court. I have every single screen shot saved of my conversations with him and his conversations with others. This should be a class action lawsuit. We have attended a couple of shows with lcww and have exhibited with them In the UK. We had a great experience with them and would definitely do it again! We felt welcomed into the world of cat fancy and enjoyed the new exhibitors talk. Whereas with other cat shows we’ve been put off by how elitist they can be. Our cat was treated with a lot of care on the show days particularly on his first show. And we really appreciated the sound on the sound systems that was lowered to not stress ours and other cats there. It was clear that the well being of the cats was as paramount to the organisers as it was to cat guardians like ourselves. This definitely helped us feel comfortable and safe during our first show day and to return to other shows of theirs. The judges were so knowledgeable and were very friendly. We definitely learned a lot and gained more awareness all round. One of our highlights was seeing Steven judge our cat. We were really taken by how at ease our cat was with him even with lots of people in the room. He really is the ‘cat whisperer’. Before the show itself we had regular communication with the lcww team and clerk to prepare us with what to expect and everything we might need. We’d usually get a reply within 48hrs if not the same day. One of the best things that has come from us attending are the people we met in the community lcww has created. We’ve met some truly lovely people through and thanks to them. After experiencing the LCWW shows for ourselves they now have a special place in family’s our heart.

PULL OUT WITHOUT EMAILING GUESTS NARCISSCIST SCAMMER NO CREDENTIALS I trawled their website and social media the week of and weeks leading up to the event in Belfast and there was no information on the rescheduling, I recieved no emails which other also did not due to an issue. they took no accountability. I travelled hours to the UK and paid for a hotel. From Stephen all I got was a facebook comment saying.'what did you want us to do? knock on doors?' and 'do you know who i am?' bombarded with their team now trying to get me to accept a superfan pass instead of a refund, as if! if you are looking on trustpilot thinking 'will i just chance it?' RUN RUN FAR AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
