Scamming people one way or another
Booked a ticket through them. The flight was canceled by the airline who stopped all flights because of COVID. The airline was offering full refunds but I had to work through point of sales which is LBF travel. They only agreed to pay back 60% of the ticket treating it as a non-refundable ticket and in the process I will be losing about $500. I am still waiting on the refund which according to them could take 1 or 2 billing cycles. They are Definitely scamming people, one way or another.
