A scam- they charged us twice the actual price of the ticket
We had used the same agency before and had no complaints. However, this time when we called, we got a very helpful Sarah who wound us charging us twice the actual price of the ticket ($1335). We didn't think anything was amiss because we kept hearing about how much everything had gone up because of the pandemic. But when I checked the ticket on the American Airlines website, we found a receipt for the ticket for $711.84 including the reserved aisle seats that we requested. We paid with a Visa card, but the American Airlines ticket was paid for with a Mastercard. So they charged my credit card for $1335, paid $711.84 for the ticket, and pocketed the difference. This agency is a scam.
