I was charged $23.09 for an RV push latch that must have cost less than a dollar to make. This was at the Knoxville, TN branch. I challenged the price but the associate confirmed it was correct. On amazon 4 latches cost less than $10.

We bought our new Sunseeker here in 2018. Goes back every yr for either repairs or preventative maintenance. Recent repair work, we had a blind adjusted twice, recently in Jan 2023, which we paid for twice. Still not working, so now have to buy a new blind and pay again for labor. Should not have to pay labor. Also in Jan 2023, had a storage door seal replaced, which I believe they stretched and now it has come off the top corners. Have to pay labor again to reglue it. They apparently don't feel their mechanics do very good with only a 90 day warranty. Just had work done on cars and shops give 5 yr warranty. Took camper in mid Oct 2022, finally end of Dec, they looked at it. Ordered.new TV for bedroom. Original was 28 inch. They Ordered a 21 off of Amazon. That didn't fit right. Had to drill holes in braket to fit TV. Metal fillings all over bed when I picked it up. They did do a cleaning after I complained about it. They got another TV that also didn't fit. I had to contact forest river to get proper part number. Asked parts to get a new LED pancake light in Oct. Never heard back, I contact forest river, and they gave me part #. So Ordered from another dealer. Lazy Days doesn't have a clue on what they are doing.

WE are elderly and my husband drove over 45 miles in the heat to look at camping trailers. Originally we wanted a used trailer. After my husband had been looking all day; he was exhausted, I contacted Lazy days through their online chat on their website. I spoke to Tara told her my husband was almost to the Woodland/Vancouver sight and that he was tired, and needed some help because of his exhaustion. Unfortunately this person did not tell me that she wasn't located at the woodland office, and I had needed to know what models he was looking at. My husband showed up at the woodland office, he was forced to walk around their huge place, he went into the office to speak with Tara there was no Tara there. He was told to go look, after over an hour he was approach with aggression by the sales man, and almost laughed at when he said he was looking for used. the problems with this are as follows: 1. I was no told the truth regarding who I am speaking too and where you are located. 2. I gave this company permission to contact me by phone because I thought the person I was speaking too in the chat was in Woodland. 3. The salesman was rude to my husband. 4. He tried to force a new sale on him. 5. Because of the treatment and the already displayed dishonesty I would never purchase from this company. They were not even honest over the chat. The sales department behaves as though this place is a used car lot with the treatment and dishonesty like any other used car dealership but they do it with RV's. But thanks to your rude sales and dishonest customer service we purchased a new 33 foot Dutchman from Vancouver RV Center through a sales person named Doug. He was upfront and honest.

0 If I could give a zero I would. IF you want to buy an RV with good service go elsewhere DO NOT BUY HERE! You will pay thousands of dollars and they will turn their heads from sales to district officers. WE are now trying to invoke the lemon law and consumer fraud for the warranty the sell. Our problems started the minute we signed the paperwork! Leaks in the sink, toilet outside fill switch emissions check engine light power leveling jacks, total transmission replacement, horrible, horrible warranty company the list goes on and on. We are now working with Florida attorney general, NY attorney general, and Illinois attorney general along with a personal attorney. If you want to buy from them, please look at all the reviews especially the 1 and 2 before you buy and do NOT TAKE THEIR WARRANTY AGSW!!!!!!!!! Find a better one online and check the reviews there are much, much better ones out there. If you are still seeking help, use the organizations in this review. We've spent over $10000 even with the warranty!!

This people sent me an agreement to purchase for a price and after having all trades and price negotiated they bait and switch for 20K more next day when I asked for a 1K discount; they should be reported to the authorities. Don't do busienss with Baris Rodríguez or his manager. I'm not laying this people are bad, I’ve left reviews on Google, Yelp as well as RVinsider.
