People this company evidently is a scam. I did not use them . Someone charged my debit card 1840.00. Just found out today. I don’t have a number to reach them. Ridiculous. Don’t use this company. Warning!!!!

I appreciate that this company is able to help a lot of people who cannot afford to pay for airline tickets in full. However, if you require their assistance with name corrections and other significant tasks before your trip, they don't have a phone number to contact to resolve problems quickly. Getting in touch with them is a very frustrating experience. We sent a million emails and never received any reply. We are in a desperate situation as we are going to leave soon. Their service is definitely in need of improvement. It is their responsibility to assign seats since they are the ones booking the tickets for us. Instead of leaving their customers behind after receiving the full payment, they should take care of them. Now, it's five of us and we will be seating separately instead of together. Very disappointing! I don't think I will recommend this company.

I thought this would be a good experience, however me and my wife booked a round trip flight to Las Vegas. Using Lay Trip we made our weekly payments. And then we were set to travel. Unfortunately our departure flight with Frontier was cancelled due to maintenance issues. So we filed a refund claim with frontier which they approved it and sent me and my wife vouchers plus a partial refund. So I reached out to lay Trip to get status and to let them know Frontier sent them a refund on the payment method they used to book my flight. I attached and sent LayTrip an email with Frontier info about refund. It’s been almost a month since interaction with Lay Trip and no resolution I keep getting run around. I’m disappointed in how there handling this and because of this I would not recommend this company.
