I made a hotel reservation through this SCAM of a company. When I arrived at the location…THE HOTEL WAS SHUT DOWN! I contacted them to submitted a request for a refund. They said the working on it….It’s been 3 weeks and haven’t received any money nor any updates regarding my situation. The company don’t even deserve one star…..TRASH

We have already issued a refund to you after confirming the details with the hotel. Please note that refunds usually take 5-10 business days to be processed and appear in your account. Still awaiting my refund of $480.97. Theu still are refusing to refund me and Wednesday is the 14th business day. If anyone has been affected by this scummy company please leave reviews on their Facebook page and report them to the FTC and BBB They have money in their pockets and refuse to provide Refunds. I have not seen my money back yet and I truly believe they want me to give up asking them. They are also botting reviews to avoid negativity. You guys are a scam and you're falling apart! Refund people and cease operating or you will come face to face with a hefty lawsuit.

Hi Klarissa, We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation may have caused. As an online travel agency, we have added layers of communication between us and the travel service provider, so certain resolution timeframes get extended. However, we take great care in addressing our customers' requests and communicating clear expectations regarding resolutions from our end. Our team promptly issued the refund to you as soon as we received the confirmation from the hotel. From our end, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process and appear in your account. Rest assured, everything on our end has been handled within the expected timeframe. Feel free to reach out to our team in case you have any further questions. We thank you for your patience and understanding along the way. Sincerely, Laytrip Team
