I had an amazing experience with laxride. When I landed I found I was unable to send or receive text messages, but through the online help chat I was able to contact my driver, Janine, with no problem. The two hours from Boston to Amherst passed in no time; Janine was absolutely wonderful and very sweet, and I had a lot of fun learning some Portuguese from her! Obrigada!!

First time using this service. It was easy and I highly recommend it.

Perfect and on time Good service Thank you

I didn’t realize I was just paying someone to hire a Lyft on my behalf...I could’ve done that. 🙄 I didn’t want to wait once I arrived...that’s why I tried to pre-arrange transportation.

When I arrived Charlotte International Airport, an LAX Ride driver was supposed to meet me. Instead another person who had my phone number called and texted me and said she was ready to pick me up. I went with her and she took me to my hotel. Then she asked me to pay her and I said I already paid online. She then said she was NOT with LAX Ride. I reluctantly paid and called this company for a refund since they never actually took me. It was still so weird that this other person had my info. They directed me to Jayride. I contacted them and they directed me to Mozio, yet another company. Till now, 5 days after my scheduled ride, I have received no response or resolution to this problem. I will NEVER use any of these companies again and will WARN everyone I know to stay away! So unprofessional and unhelpful!!!

Very good service thank you

On time and kept me updated with driver information and steps to do.

Our driver was fantastic, will ask for him again.
