The help chat is fairly quick but they dont understand your requests nor are the actual lawyers speedy. Took a week to get back to me and let me know that they cant even do a consultation. When speed matters like in my case, they fail to deliver.

Steve was great at ensuring I understood everything about the services and process, answered all of my questions and showed tremendous patience.

I instructed Law Hive for a simple chain free Flat sale... At first seemed good set up using their portal to communicate but after a month/6 weeks in the sale they changed solicitors on me... This knocked the sale back weeks, was like starting all over again... The sale kept on dragging and dragging. I would ask for an updates or questions and get nothing back for weeks, or when they did respond only got one line answers back..Phoned loads of times and only ever spoke with them once.. 5 and half months it took for simple chain free sale to go through! everything was slow and it didn't seem they was chasing.. Then once we finally got to completion I never received all the sale proceeds!!! Its been 1 month and still not received all the monies owed coming up with excuses... AVOID at all costs!!!!!

When I printed it, I noticed a separate page requiring a lawyer’s certification signature — something I had to research on my own to understand the significance of. When I followed up with the attorney, he clarified that he had only drafted the document and did not represent me, meaning the prenup would not hold up in court without additional paid services. This critical distinction was never explained upfront. People seeking legal help often don’t fully understand the difference between document drafting and legal representation — and this service appears to rely on that gap. The result felt like a bait-and-switch: a completed document that isn’t actually valid, with additional fees required to make it so. After the fact, I found other reviews describing the same experience. Save yourself the frustration and the money — consult a local attorney who will represent you from start to finish with full transparency. Update. The representative who called me to resolve the issue from lawhive , after first informing me that she was not a lawyer “ advised that the lawyer will only certify it if my partner obtained legal counsel. The first massage to this attorney was that my partner would not obtain legal counsel because he didn’t deem it necessary. The other suggestion was for us both to have it notarized. Which could easily be contested on court. So basically this document is worth nothing. I could’ve just had chat gpt draft the document if this was the case

Currently very dissatisfied. We have paid £1,500 for a lease extension and after 7 weeks have not heard anything from our appointed solicitor. This is dispite numerous chasing emails Lawhive themselves are no help. There is no phone number to call and they do not reply to their 'support' or 'help' emails. I will post an update when the metter is resolved. As it stands do not use this company.
