They didn't listen to what I, the customer, wanted and did not deliver on time
I worked with LA Web Coders, and while the final work was not what I had initially asked for, it was undeniably beautiful and professionally done. Unfortunately, the project was not completed on time, so I didn’t have the material for my presentation. However, the team was very apologetic and took full responsibility for their communication error. Their professionalism and willingness to own their mistakes were appreciated, and the quality of their work speaks for itself.
