I posted a private job opportunity on Facebook meant only for my personal network, and Joe from LA Web Coders somehow managed to obtain my personal number and text me directly. This is a gross invasion of privacy and completely unprofessional. Reaching out to someone this way, without consent, crosses boundaries and reflects poorly on both Joe and his company. If this is how they conduct business, I would strongly advise others to steer clear. Respecting privacy and maintaining professionalism is essential, and this experience fell far short of that.
