Tech support follow-up is great. They take feature requests into consideration, and oft put out polls on their Facebook page to see what users may be interested in. Lots of "simple" things that the program does not do at all or not do well that are so common to the practice of law, such as a tickler or being able to print a task list or the day's calendar. These very basics of long standing practice/practice management should be conquered before going for more bells and whistles. But again, great people who are still putting together a good program.
