Hi, I am so sorry to hear that the color of the hair system you received did not match what you saw on our website, specifically the lack of white hair in the blend. I completely understand your disappointment, as it is incredibly frustrating when a product isn't what you expected and is difficult to use. At LaVivid Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I have reached out to you directly from [email protected]. I would love to help find the best solution for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I hope to hear from you soon so we can make this right! Best regards, LaVivid Hair Customer Service
