Terrible customer service. Sent me a totally wrong hair piece disregarding my instructions. Pretending I never gave them. Refusing to send me the initially correct ordered one. Trying to scam people here, be aware don’t order hair systems here. Terrible customer service with horrible quality. DJ

They don't stand behind their product. If there's a quality issue, they'll offer a coupon to make another purchase. AVOID THESE CLOWNS

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR SYSTEM FROM LAVIVID. My experience with LaVivid was horrible. Before the sale they were incredibly helpful. Once I made a purchase things changed. I had to wait for 10 months to receive my unit. I understand the pandemic slowed things down, but once I received the unit there was a patchy spot that had not been filled in well. I sent photos and they offered to fill in the patch if I sent back the unit, in which I had to pay for the shipping costs. I had to negotiate to get a shipping label, which they eventually gave me. I sent out the unit and they eventually sent it back after quite another long wait and several follow ups. I never received the package. Upon following the tracking number, no information was available. At this point I contacted LaVivid several times and have never heard back from them. I tried calling their office in L.A. and never even had anyone answer. I had to purchase from a competitor and will never purchase from LaVivid again. I placed my initial order in October of 2020 and now it is August 2022. I am out $300. What a waist of time and money. *** I originally posted this in August of 2022. They contacted me and said they would send me a replacement. I immediately took down my post on good faith. To this day I have not received anything and they do not respond to me. Brutal. Don’t do it. What they show and what you receive are two completely different items. First off - when you’re looking for something thick and it comes patchy - fail. When you order brown and it comes red - fail. When you get it shipped to Canada you have to pay for shipping and then when you return you pay for shipping and restocking fee. Not cool

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I sent them a brand new sample system to duplicate by UPS. Although the package was delivered and signed for by them they claimed they never received it. I have all records and proof of this.

Updating my review. First impressions were highly favorable, but 2 weeks in things look very different. Ordered a custom system with European hair and Remy Indian grey hair. Initial overall quality seemed excellent. The density and workmanship truly excellent. The problem is the hair quality - the hair is exceptionally dry and brittle after only 2 weeks. The second time the unit was washed the hair tangled badly- worse than any unit I’ve ever owned in 20+ years of wearing hair. To be clear, I know how to shampoo, condition and care for a hair system properly- I’ve been doing this 20+years. How it is even possible that European and Remy Indian hair can tangle so badly is bewildering. I purchased a stock system as well- same inferior hair quality- dry brittle and wirey right out of the box. Unlike the custom unit with excellent workmanship, the stock system is pretty bad - no crown to speak of- hair injected into the base in all directions. Truly disappointing. I’m now wondering if all the positive reviews might be sponsored somehow. But don’t take it from me- place an order and see for yourself.
