Well, I thought I was ordering all gold jewelry after I check out next day notice I had gold and silver. I email the company and they was able to make the correction for my mistake before it shipped. I’m so pleased with them and happy to know I will get all gold jewelry matching for me and my daughter! ❤️

Before I ordered something from Lavisure I looked it up. I’ve been scammed before so I try to be cautious. IMO Lavisure is a trustworthy business. Sometimes things happen that aren’t right; that is exactly how you learn how trustworthy a company is. Their customer service was above and beyond. My order (s) ended up in a very discombobulated state. Their support through emails was constant kind and figured out for me how the things that went wrong and how to fix it. I would absolutely order from Lavisure again. I will say, be careful because other companies (Kloudy) sell the same product. Their facebook page looks exactly like Lavisure. Their support was non existent. So, if you are considering purchasing from Lavisure I would not hesitate. Hopefully all goes well, if a problem exists feel confident that their support team will stay with it until it is resolved. All the stars ⭐️ Also, I loved the products I purchased.

Incredible knowledge of all their products, complete understanding of what the customer was looking for and a true love for the service they provide and the company they represent.
