Ordered these necklace with the buy one get one free offer After wearing them for two weeks both necklaces magnets broke off Sent an email to the company on their website including email and invoice number To date I still have not received any response. Very poor customer service

I ordered what I thought was buy one get one free necklace from Lavisure. The site said basically buy one get one free. I noticed just after ordering literally mention of one item! I got in touch with supplier and explained my problem. To date no response no contact and I have written 3/4 times no response. A very dishonest company avoid like the plague. Another reviewer said same which I had checked Trust pilot first.
