I apparently accidentallyordered a gold and a silver necklace instead of two gold necklaces when I asked if you guys could exchange them the silver for the gold you said you would send me a gold one and I could keep the silver one no charge! Totally hasslefree, thank you so much!

My daughter and I loved our necklaces! We had an issue with one shortly after receiving and contacted customer services. They were quick to respond and sorted the issue straight away. Would 100% recommend this company and the beautiful necklaces they sell.

I made a huge mistake ordering multiple items of jewellery accidentally. Emailed customer service to cancel the excess orders. Received a reply in a day and I cannot express my gratitude for the end result. Fabulous to me!

I purchased 4 clover necklaces for my daughter and my 2 granddaughter's, 1 of my granddaughter's magnet broke off and I reached out to Lavisure and they were kind and replaced the necklace free of charge, I can't praise the Lavisure enough for the customer service, best experience ever. I will definitely purchase from Lavisure again

I contacted them to ask if they could send a replacement part (the magnet fell out and was lost) for my necklace and they have send me a new necklace instead. Wonderful service. I love the necklace but I suggest it is not to be worn 24/7. Enjoy!

If I could leave a 10+ star I would without hesitation! I had a very small issue with the necklace and I cannot express enough of the customer service I received!
