Really bad customer service. Only willing to refund 30% of what I paid and the dresses arrived damaged and stained. I’ve sent photos back and forth but as they are in China they just don’t want to know. I can’t afford to lose that kind of money and they are not willing to cooperate. Please don’t buy from them as if there is an issue, you can’t send back, even if it’s not your fault. I’m gutted

The site itself looks very sketchy, but they also wanted to charge me $8 for their "free" swatches. I get you have to make money somewhere but $8 for 3 small squares of fabric is ridiculous.

I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses, the sizing is terrible, and when I asked to return them I was told I’d have to return the dresses to China, lie and say the value was £40 and then they’d charge me a restocking fee so I’d still lose out on more than half of what I paid anyway. I decided to keep the dresses, pay to get 2 of them altered and order another one for the dress that was too far off to be altered. I paid £19.99 for the delivery to ensure it would arrive on time, when I emailed after the delivery time had been and gone I was told they hadn’t even sent it and not to worry they’ll post it soon. When they finally sent me the tracking number (after basically pestering them) I noticed they hadn’t posted it when they said they had. I am now 2 days away from my wedding and still no bridesmaid dress. I will never order from here again and I will advise others not to either. Don’t believe the “easy returns” that they advertise. Its very hard and you still lose.

Bei der Rückerstattung bekomme ich nur 65% vom Kaufpreis wegen Einlagerungsgebühren. Zudem wollen sie das ich den Zoll anlüge. Die Firma ist aus Frankreich und ich muss es nach China schicken?! Wegen einem Kleid was mir nicht gepasst hat musste ich 50€ zahlen.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE The quality is awful, they are a scam! I bought two bridesmaid dresses and they are nothing like what was on their website. Trying to get a refund and return has been a nightmare. They suggested we 'sell the dresses online, someone might like them'. My credit card company ended up giving me the money back from this thieving company because this deceitful company is a scam.

-5 Sterne ... Einen so schlechten Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Qualität der Kleider enorm schlecht. Versandkosten sehr hoch, besonders, wenn man das Kleid bis zu einem bestimmten Datum haben möchte. Und selbst da ist es auf den aller letzten Drücker gekommen. Rückgabeservice extrem schlecht und Kundenunfreundlich. Für ein 140 € Kleid wurden mit 30 € geboten, da ich ja für Wiedereinlagerung etc. die Kosten übernehmen muss.
