I order a dress and I got a email saying my dress was delivery, I don't get any dress at all, I contact customer service and they just say they are doing a investigation my event is in 2 weeks and no dress....

I wish I could give this company less than 1 star. DO NOT PURCHASE a dress from them but if you do make sure you UP size as this appears to be a Chinese company and the sizes are small. I purchased a dress over $100.00 I chose the style that was recommended for extra room (THIS WAS NOT A CUSTOMIZED dress) and the dress still did not fit properly. It also did not look anything like the picture. It was hard to get on and it was a lot of unnecessary material!!! Below is the response they gave me when I asked for a return: We are so sorry to hear that the dress doesn't fit you properly. We just communicated the Quality Inspection Department (QID) about your dress. After checking the saved product images from QID, we confirmed there is no issue with this dress. Your order is made in custom options: change back style to the one which is not the original style, size is plus size.According to our return policy, customized order is not supported to return. But to offer better service, we can offer a compensation plan for you. Plan 1: If you like this dress, we suggest you re-order and we will send you a 35% off coupon code, which you can save a lot. You can use this code to buy any dresses from our site. But please make sure your event date is acceptable and not urgent. Plan 2: If you need alter the dress in a local tailor shop, we can cover partial of the alteration cost (no more than 20%). If so, please send us the invoice after you alter.

Worst company ever. Ordered a dress unfortunately it didn't fit properly. Sad part is I had fallen in love with the dress the company refused to give me a return address and refused to give me a refund refused to send another dress in time for the wedding. I was ignored after telling the company and asking for help with another dress. They offered a 50 percent discount for me to buy another dress from them but refused to exchange or refund the dress I received. Terrible company to order from you will not get a refund or be able to exchange your dress.
