LavetirReviews of lavetir.com

If I could give zero stars I would. This store is a scam. don’t order you wont get anything. Very likely have to file fraud report to get refunded. Prom seven days away and no dress. No answered to emails. PayPal review case in my favor. This store was a complete letdown!

Dress was wrong size and it had been worn before. Horrible smell from package. It took them more than a week to respond regarding return and told me I have to return it to China. I will NEVER order from this site ever again. I am still waiting on response on how I can get my money back.

The item was wonderful great quality and beautiful however it did not fit me I wanted to return for a different size after spending $130 on dress and shipping I was not able to return and only got about $20 back for the dress. Will not order again and risk the chance if something not fitting and then be out if a substantial amount of money.

Complete scam. If I could give zero stars I would. Sizing completely out, charges a massive restocking fee on returns. Ordered 2 taupe dresses which are different colours and won't accept return.

Absolute rip off. The dress didn’t fit me, and I wanted to return the dress. They will only give up to an 80% refund, and the customer must cover the shipping cost. Unbeknownst to the public, the shipping address is in China, so to send back, it’d cost me $210. Their gimmick is to keep your money whether you keep the dress or not. Then they say you can either keep the dress and get a 20% refund, or keep the dress and get a 30% off coupon for another dress. I don’t want to keep a dress that doesn’t fit me!! Absolutely slick and a waste of money. Don’t order from this shop!

My emails were not answered promptly. Your website says customers can return within 14 days of arrival and then when I was contacted I was told there were numerous stipulations. Never sent a return label via email. I would never recommend your site to anyone the fact that you can’t speak with someone and your site says differently that the email I received regarding my exchange is immensely frustrating your basically forcing your customer to figure out what to do with the dress that needs exchange and screwing me out of my money. It be nice to be contacted to come to a resolution.

NEVER BUYING FROM THIS ONLINE STORE AGAIN! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT STICK TO THEIR RETURN POLICY.

I ordered a dress that was too small. It was not custom-made. I picked out a size on the website. It was too small. I requested to send it back and they refused. The day I received it is the day I requested a refund because I knew it didn’t fit They did not custom make this dress. It has never been worn . This is not acceptable.
