The company doesn't clarify that returns have to go to mainland China with the postage paid by the customer so basically a shipping to China from the US makes the cost of returning so high that it is better to keep the dress whether it fits or not. They also charge 30% re-stocking fee so at the end you will get not much back. The website policy you see in their website is vague and doesn't mention the problems I cited. The dress came from a Chicago address that doesn't exist so there is some kind of scam here that I don't understand. Avoid buying from them. I see other people had the same experience.

I order 3 different bridesmaids dresses to choose one of them, big mistake. You need to pay for the return fees to china. From the Uk. Also they will not return the full amount. Keeping a sustantial amount from the full amount. Leaving me only with maybe £40 out of £120. Per dress. I will not recommend this service from any abroad buyers.

Dresses are beautiful. I saw the ‘easy returns promise’ and, as it’s a UK website, i purchased extra bridesmaid dresses as unsure of fit. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! They charge 25% restock and the shipping costs to China would’ve been in excess of £40. Then other deductions can be made depending on the state they arrive - apparently. So at best dresses purchased for £107 would have resulted in a refund of £40 at best. Wish I’d spent more on fully UK retailers from the outset. Lesson learned

I did ny measurements and ordered accordingly. I couldn't wait to get ny dress! A month later when I finally received my dress it was a disappointment! The top and hips fit perfectly telling me I had measured correctly. The dress came in floor length instead of t length like the picture. It can not be shortened because of the style. On top of that it is a heavy material and would have been hot to wear. After some back and forth with the company the best they would give me was a 30% refund and that was with much negotiation. Ordering online is always a risk bit i think we take customer service and return policies for granted here in the US. Pay close attention to theirs, it is not good!!!

The sizing guide is very inadequate. The return policy is impossible. The left side of the bodice and the right side were not the same so we had to fix that along with the sizing. The alterations ended up costing me more than the dress.
