We’ll, after reading your guidelines for reviewers, this review may not stay posted long, but it is honest. I wear this dress only when I must because it fits very badly. It is made well, the fabric is nice, and the coat was reasonable. However I sent in my custom measurements, and received the dress in only a couple weeks. Normally that would be a good thing, but the dress fell off my shoulders so I had to alter it. The length drags on the floor, another alteration. The worst is that the bust makes it’s own shape and that is not in any way related to mine. It gaps in the chest just not so anyone can look down. I must wear it since 15 other women also bought the dress to be officers in an Eastern Star chapter. Most of us had to make alterations. One very thin woman got a dress that looks beautiful on her, but only after she had all of the cupping in the bustling removed. Before that, she could not zip it up. It is a shame to have used such nice materials to make such an I’ll fitting dress. BTW, I do not believe this company used my measurements at all to make this custom dress. There was simply not enough time to make it in China and ship it to me. I think they pulled a size off a rack hoping it would be close enough. One of our officers’ dresses fit so poorly that she had to order more fabric and completely change the back closure style from a zipper to a lace-up back. I wish I could’ve told of a happier experience. I will continue to wear this dress once every 2 weeks for meetings this year until June, then never again.

Do not buy dresses from this company. The quality of the dresses is hideous and you are not able to return them for a full refund. It takes weeks to get the dresses and they are based in china so you will have to pay to have them sent back there. If you are UK based, stick to someone you know and pay that little bit extra.

I chose custom measurements and the dress was still to small. It's a pretty dress but the sizes are not accurate. Four other women in our bridal party ordered the same dress of various sizes and every dmsingle dress was too small.

Dresses was beautiful and well made. However, it had a strong pungent odor that didn’t go away completely with airing out (for almost two months) and a trip to the dry cleaners. The day of the wedding came and I could STILL smell the fish odor. I’m beyond disappointed.

Awful quality of dresses, and experience with customer service. DON'T RISK IT.

The sizes are completely wrong! All of the bridesmaids measured ourselves beforehand and ordered accordingly to their size chart, the dresses came and not one fit as it should. There customer service is appalling as they are refusing to accept fault and offer a helpful solution, do yourself a favour and don’t bother.

I ordered bridesmaid dresses followed all of the instructions, took exact measurements and none of them fitted! They were all defective and the customer care responses blamed it all on me! They refused to refund and all they will is a discount if you buy the defective dresses again! They have been so unhelpful and dismissive! I would strongly suggest not shopping from here. Ive spent hundreds of pounds and I have no dresses! Truly horrible experience with this company.

Dress sizes are not as advertised on the size chart! I ordered 4 dresses and none of them fit my bridesmaids. Some of the measurements were 7inches too small based off the size chart and they still blamed me by calling it a ‘fit issue’. All items were defective and yet they still did not give me the full refund they promised in their policy for ‘defective items’. I urge you not to use them as they are poor quality and poor fitting. They would only offer 60% refund for their mistakes.
