If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a small fault in the dress I ordered, so I contacted them requesting a refund. Their website clearly states that they will fully refund if the item is defective. They initially contacted me asking me to take it to the tailors and they would refund 25%. I don’t have a tailors nearby and don’t drive, so I responded to them with this information and quoted their own refund policy back to them. Since then I have had no response. They continue to ignore every message I sent. I’m not out of pocket with a faulty dress and can’t even claim it back on my credit card as it was less then £100. A truly shocking company with horrid customer service. Will never be purchasing from them again.

PLEASE AVOID!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I had bought 3 dresses from this company. I had contacted them about returning 2 of the dresses.. they offered for me to keep them and get 10% of my money back. I refused and went for the option of 38% loss. I had posted the dresses which cost £27 to return! So I was already losing 38% of my money .. they asked that I would mark on dresses total worth $40! I posted these dresses to the company on the 31st October! Still no refund and no matter how many times I show them proof of return, they continue to ignore me. I kept one of their dresses .. it was beautiful! However.. the bottom of the dress is made badly! When I messaged them about this, they said there was nothing wrong with the dress! I provided photographs for evidence. I am still waiting on my refund for this dress aswell. So unhelpful.. I have messaged them every week from October! Dont waste your time or money on this site!

I woukd give it no stars if I could any brides please beware do not buy from this company they won't refund you the full amount you have to send it back to China at your own cost! £27.00 it cost me to send it back tracked took 6 emails to get any response awful customer service i definitely will NEVER let one of my clints buy from this company ever again 🤬🤬

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! SCAM, FRAUDULENT. Order #LK444282 I recently bought 3 bridesmaid dresses. The difference from on the model to on the 3 girls is too much & the quality really isn’t great so we had to return and bought some lovely dresses from another company. I emailed to return the dresses to be told they’ll only refund me £104.29 from the £228.58 spent due to “restocking”. This is absolutely shocking and I’ve never had this at any other company. They say it states this in their returns policy. Their returns policy is awful but does say you’ll be refunded in full if it’s their fault. (Don’t believe this as they will not) Alternatively it says keep the dress and get even less money refunded. It’s absolutely bizzare. Definitely not worth ordering! Especially if you’re in the United Kingdom as delivery is long and expensive and have to pay to return too. ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely awful experience, ordered dresses and measured according to their sizes still don’t fit! I ordered 3 dresses for my bridesmaids none fit and they are charging me 50% restocking fee meaning I have lost over £100! Customer service is appalling!!!! AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!

This is a horrible online company beware before buying. Says online easy returns and camcellation before 24 hours . This is false and they dont follow. We cancelled within an hour and they charged me and still shipped the order and they also wanted 30% restocking fees on returns

The cuality is it poor.
