It's a shame I have to even give one star, absolutely the worst company, no customer service at all. I brought a dress weeks in advance, after it not arriving and many emails later I found out the dress had only just been shipped and arrive a week after I needed it and had already had to buy a new dress which in hind sight I was thankful for as when the dress finally arrived it was shocking, the material was cheap, there were pulls of string everywhere and the netted material was so badly cut it looked like it had been made by a toddler. I have asked for my money back but told I would have to pay a large shipping cost and only receive a percentage of my money back. This is terrible, this company are scammers and I only wished I read the reviews before wasting nearly £100. Is there a way to report this company to any trading standards?? Please do not buy from here !!

This is one of the worst companies ever. Dress was badly made with the pencil marks still there. Lace was all fraying and the jacket front did not match up. Same response as others here have said. With postage, the dress cost £100. After their offer which was £55.79, we packed it up and went to the post office to be told that the cheapest postage was £23.00!! Have thrown it in the bin. No guarantee you would ever get anything back. They even sent a photo to say how good it was (they do this for quality control!! Lol!) and you could even see the seamstress marks on that!! An absolute joke. If I could, I would not give them even 1 star. They need to be severely criticised for sending rubbish to the UK!!

I would not even rate them a one star, absolutely awful customer service, awful delivery took longer than, never get back to you, dress is terrible. Want to send back not recommended by them, only give u 45% back or don’t sent it back and keep dress and give me 25% back 😡😡 I would recommend people do not buy wedding stuff from this site. They are rude in response.

Awful customer service, we ordered dresses separately and different colours arrived. When I contacted them they said colours are slightly different and would give me 25% off another order. I then received no more contact from them when trying to arrange a return. Don’t use this store!!!

Worst experience! I cancelled my order and after not receiving responses to my email I received an email that they shipped my order! Their customer service page says they will respond to emails in several hours which is not true. It has been days and I still have not received a respond to any of the emails I have sent! This is a fraudulent way of doing business! I don’t want the dress and their site says if you cancel before they ship they charge you restock fees. If you cancel after shipping they will charge you restock fees and the shipping to return the order so my order had not shipped when it was cancelled and now they shipped it. Do not order from this company

Don't even want to leave one star. Made my order. Paid. Dress should have been dispatched 3 weeks ago. Still hasn't been. Customer service terrible. They don't answer your questions. Asked 11 times for a refund and being ignored. When then to reply they don't answer your questions, simply tell you it will arrive "soon". Now having to go through my back to get my money back and on a tight deadline to get bridesmaid dresses. AVOID THIS SCAM.

Absolutely appalling customer service in fact it is non existent! I've been trying to contact them to make an exchange on all available platforms and had absolutely zero response. The dress is really nice quality, it's such a shame that you can't get any help if something doesn't fit quite right. So if you do buy from them just don't expect to be able to exchange or return anything.

I also would give it 0 stars if I could. I have emailed this company 4 times, tried the "chat" line (no response) and left a voicemail on the phone # provided. This company appears to be a scam!!! I am so frustrated and want to return this dress for which I cannot wear. Buyers beware!!!
