I got a custom dress to make sure it would fit. I asked for a hip 40 inch and they sent a 54 inch, I also asked for hollow 55 inch and they sent 60 inch. That was the first issue I had with the dress, the next was the fact it was fraying and had lose thread. When I informed them they said they didn't see a problem. I had to argue and even said I would send the dress back. All they would do is give me a 25% refund. The actual quality of the dress was cheap and definitely not worth the price.

If I could leave zero stars I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! misleading from a .co.uk site, it’s cheap tat from china. Ordered bridesmaids dresses, went off the sizing on ther website meaning some dresses had to be ordered a size bigger than usual sizes and when they came they are completely wrong sizes the size uk12 was more like a size uk 8 the promised measurements didn’t match the actual measurements of the dress. Asked for a refund and guess what.. they offered 40% refund! Went through my bank and logged a dispute was advised to still return the dresses which cost £68!! And then once money isn’t returned bank will refund as it’s against the consumer rights act. Again.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. As many others have stated (I wish I looked at these before purchasing!!!) a UK site is very misleading! With an easy returns policy on their page I assumed returns would be to the UK quick and easy! Bridesmaid dresses have arrived tiny, far too small for 5 of my 6 bridesmaids, they will not help and are offering an £80 refund out of £269!! And. I also have to pay to ship the dresses back to china myself, after doing so I will receive next to nothing. The customer service is horrendous and have been so unhelpful! Offering me coupon discount to reorder the dresses WHY would I pay again!? I have contacted the relevant persons and made a civil claim against the company and I am just waiting to get the ball rolling but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The worst I have ever dealt with!

The dresses are pretty but the customer service is terrible! Ordered 2 dresses end of March. Emailed about returning them 6th April and ordered new ones 8th April paying for quicker shipping to come by April 24th for a rehearsal (sizing didn’t work out which isn’t their fault). Got a reply April 15th asking if I was sure about the size. I am still waiting for the dresses on may 12th to even be shipped after constant emails back and forth about both the new dresses and ones I want to return. Refunds are also crazily low percentage!

Kleid kam nicht rechtzeitig an. Seit Tagen kein neuer scann in der Sendungsverfolgung. Tja heute ist die Hochzeit und mein Kleid ist nicht da. (Bestellt vor 2 Wochen, plus ich habe extra mehr für schnelleren Versand gezahlt) Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

About This Company!! The dresses are Not at all how they look on the pictures !!! It was not the same color , neither the size and looked complete different ! We had to send it back and get us new dresses somewhere else !!

I bought a dress from this site,the colour I selected is completely different from what they send to me.The dress zip is broken and I want to return the dress but they are not ready for me to return the dress,saying I need to pay for the return cost and only give 30% of refund. I told this is not my mistake but they are not ready,customer service is very poor if you send an email after 5days you will get a reply and for me now no reply from there side. Paid £70 for the dress and now do not know what to do.there is no ph no to contact so it’s looks like I lost all money for a unwearable dress.so please do not buy from these site

If i could give could give zero stars i would! Please avoid this company. They do not care about you and purchasing dresses. If you get the wrong size they will only offer 30% refund from a £90 dress. They are money grabbing turds. Absolutely shocking customer service.
