Ich habe die Annahme verweigert, da das Paket zu spät ankam, obwohl ich für den Expressversand bezahlt habe. Das Paket ging zurück an Lavetier. Antwort von Lavetier: Wir können nicht den kompletten Betrag auszahlen, ich muss für nichts 120 Euro zahlen. Gutgeschrieben wurde mir nur 90 Euro.

Am liebsten null Sterne vergeben. Die sind nur auf Dummfang aus. Kleider bestellt und kann sie nicht zurück schicken bzw. nur für teuer Geld. Steht aber so auch nicht auf der Website. Auf die Website kann man gar nicht mehr drauf um Retoure anzumelden. Die wissen schon wie sie es machen müssen. Finger weg.

Do not order from this site. The dresses look beautiful on the website and they show up as the worst quality dress you have ever seen. The “satin” looked plastic?? It also does not look like the same dress. The biggest kicker is to return your items they send you some sketchy e-mail giving you all these options of returning. Plan A: You can pay 50 dollars for postage and then receive only 50% back for the “restocking fee”.Don’t forget to put the package is worth 40 so they don’t have to deal with customs. Plan B: you can keep the dress and they will send you a 30% coupon?.

I bought a dress from here with my exact measurements, when it arrived they had messed up the cup and chest size. I measured it to prove it and they still wanted to only give me 50% back. I contacted my credit card company because its distant selling and they can't do that. I bought a second one in a much smaller size as it was now getting close to the wedding, I emailed them and asked for an ETA and they said it would be a couple of days. The following day I get an emailed to say that my order had been cancelled.... when I asked then why they would do that I got one word or short answers. It's a joke! It's an actual shame as the quality of dress was fabulous

Finger weg von Lavetir.. Hab meine Kleider mitte April bestellt, die auch vom Konto abgebucht wurden.. Hab bis heute 2 Monate später noch keine Lieferung erhalten.

DON’T BUY FROM LAVETIR! I bought a bridesmaid dress from there and it was disgusting. When I try to return it, you have to contact them, they then reveal that you are only offered a partial refund (60%) if you choose to send it back as there are restocking fees. You have to pay shipping and the shipping is to China. When you add it up, you are basically getting a 40% refund due to the large shipping fees. Their customer service is non existent and they don’t understand or read your emails. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from here as it’s a joke of a company and a massive scam.

Ich schließe mich den schlechten Bewertungen an. Hab ein fehlerhaftes Kleid bekommen und per Mail habe ich ungefähr sieben Mal exakt die gleiche Antwort bekommen, egal was ich geschrieben habe. Angeblich bekomme ich 40% erstattet, hab von dem Geld noch nichts gesehen. Auf keinen Fall hier kaufen.
