20 dresses were ordered for our wedding, only 11 arrived. 3 were the wrong colour, and a further 1 was damaged. This caused severe stress for myself and my fiance. After a LOT of backwards and forwards emails, they finally agreed to refund us for the 9 dresses that didn't arrive, and after a further couple of requests, they refunded us for the damaged dress. They disputed the colour being wrong despite us receiving Fuchsia Pink instead of just Fucshsia and are standing by their point that it is a 'small' difference due to photo lighting etc. which is simply untrue. The colour Fuchsia as displayed on the website is not that colour, In order to remedy this, they gave us a 50% coupon for our next order. Due to the timing before our wedding, and due to the fact that we'd already lost 3 days trying to get somebody sensible to handle our query, we simply had no choice but to take the coupon but are now stuck with three dresses that we don't want/didn't order, and are also about £75 out of pocket because they wouldn't fully refund these dresses. Customer 'service' phone number is a US number, it rings, but is not answered. I have to say that the dresses themselves are absolutely lovely, well made and very elegant but the hassle when something goes wrong has really not been worth the amount that we saved by not buying directly in the UK.

Where do I start.. Obvious seam on the back, wrong colour, flimsy material non flowing material which is NOT silk and being told we have to send it back but only declare they're $40 to avoid customs and if they're seized apparently we're responsible for the customs fee? Avoid this scammy company as much as possible, we will be flagging it to Trading Standards and the Online Scams team to investigate further

Terrible customer service. I paid £29.99 for fast delivery, the dress came 1 week after the due date. It was a standard size dress. They made returning incredibly awkward, which I’d understand if it was made to measure. But it wasn’t. They offered me 40% refund, which I wanted to clarify if that included the shipping (as I’d paid extra and it arrived after I was told it would come). Instead they just refunded me £21.99 after I paid £84.99. I didn’t agree to this. The customer service has been awful through the whole process! I understand things take time to make, but this is why I wanted to check it would come in time. Which they said yes and not to worry. If it wasn’t going to arrive I’d much rather they were honest! Instead of take my money and then refund me minimal, without me agreeing!

We first ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from this site, I tried mine on and found that it was slightly too small so I tried one of the other bridesmaids dresses in as this was the next size up and it fit perfectly. The first issue is trying to get a refund, they tell you to keep the dress and they’ll give you a 20% voucher to buy a new dress from them or you can send the dress back to them but they’ll charge you a fee + postage which means you’re down even more money. We reluctantly did the 20% voucher and ordered a dress that I’d already tried on so I knew it fits in the next size up , when it arrived it was actually even smaller than the original dress that I’d ordered! The original dress was a size “L2” which I could get on it just felt slightly too tight, the “L4” that arrived I couldn’t even zip halfway up my back. When I contacted their customer service team to ask them how they could explain that they are sold two dresses claiming to be the same size but clearly are so poorly made that they just send out differently made dresses everytime, I received no help whatsoever , the first email reply I got from them simply said “Thankyou for your suggestions and feedback”. After over a week of back and forth of them not even acknowledging their poor dresses and service, at most they offered me a 50% voucher to purchase a new dress from them! Leaving us out of pocket again for a mistake that they made, they refused a full refund and we had to choice to buy another one from them as all the bridesmaids are wearing the same dress. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want a lot of stress before your big day. Just pay the extra to buy from a legit site as you’ll end up paying extra for the returns with Lavetir and you don’t even know what you’re going to receive. They’ve attempted to have my review taken down claiming it is not the right company but Lavetir.com is the same company as .co.uk so neither can be trusted , it does not matter which country you are ordering from

Der Stoff ist sehr billig. Es juckt am ganzen Körper. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Man kann die Kleider nicht zurückschicken. Sehr enttäuschend. Bitte nicht bestellen

I cannot express this enough: DO NOT BUY FROM LAVETIR. I bought an emergency replacement dress and paid extra for 4-10 day shipping. The wedding is in two days and NO ONE will respond to me. I have called over twenty times, left voicemails, emailed them, and even tried the online chat help. Nothing. So I then tried to leave a one star review on their page only to find out they DELETE any reviews under three stars to make themselves look better. I now have a wedding in two days, no dress, no communication, and I’m out $90. Save yourselves the headache of this awful establishment.

I would never ever recommend anyone to use Lavetir, terrible service. Me and my friend both wanted to send our bridesmaids dresses back that the poor bride paid for because of the bad quality and unflattering fit, and they said to both of us they would only refund 20% as compensation because they were 'customized', when mine was the smallest and my friends was a size 12!!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Lavetir discriminated against our bodies and robbed us at the same time. Every other website doesn't have a problem with returns? Scamming and thieving company taking advantage of poor brides! Will never use and will definitely read trust pilot first, as it even says that Lavetir have 1/5 star rating, and they're not wrong.
