I have been using Lavender Sky for my GLP-1 medications for over a year now. I have never had a bad experience. Their team is thorough, responsive, and truly care about you as a patient. I had an issue with an order that was delivered from one of their pharmacies. I emailed Lavender Sky on a Saturday night and received a response within 2 hours. The representative, Michelle, was apologetic, super helpful, and ensured my issue was resolved on Monday as soon as the pharmacy reopened. I was kept in the know throughout the entire process. My entire Lavender Sky experience has been fantastic from end to end. Right off the bat, my provider was speedy, extremely helpful, and informative. I've been with LSH for a couple of years now and I could not recommend them more! Their doctors and staff and friendly and extremely helpful. They also do a good job at following up quickly to email questions. I really love this provider.

What I am most excited about while on this medication is the outside health benefits apart from weight loss that I have experienced. I have PCOS and when I went to my OBGYN the only option she gave me was to take birth control. When I told her my concerns she refused to take them seriously and wrote up a prescription anyway. Before picking up the medication my friend who also used lavender sky suggested I try out injections and see if the weight loss would help my PCOS symptoms. To my surprise not only have I been able to lose weight for the first time in my life, but it also has regulated my periods (I used to go 5-6 months between periods), my sleeping is a million times better (I don’t wake up from snoring or acid reflux), I rarely have GI upset after eating certain foods, my hair is slowly growing back after losing a lot of it from PCOS, and I am no longer constantly tired! Overall I am extremely thankful I found Lavender Sky! The customer service is also outstanding. Anytime I’ve had questions or concerns they get back to me in a reasonable time. I highly recommend to any of my friends who share similar struggles.

I have never had a bad experience with LSH, my LSH provider, or their partnered pharmacies. Costs have always been transparent and I always know that LSH has my back, I’m treated as a person and my best interest is always at the forefront. I am so thankful to have LSH as a tool to support me from 267lbs to 150lbs! It took time and work but my provider was always a quick email away to help guide me! LSH was one of the tools to help me be my best me and always encouraged my mental health, nutrition and fitness change along the way. This company just blows my mind and really shows compassion behind what they do.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Lavender Sky Health. I started tirzepatide in September of 2024 and am now 100 pounds down (253 to 153). The process felt thoughtful and well-managed rather than rushed or transactional. Dosing guidance was clear, and I always felt informed about what to expect at each stage. I began at 5 mg and eventually went up to 15 mg. At one point, I took about five weeks off due to cost, but the medication stayed in my system long enough to continue helping during that break. When I restarted at 5 mg, it was just as effective as it had been in the very beginning. I did experience some side effects along the way: headaches for the first couple of weeks, ongoing constipation (which I manage with Mag07), and a small amount of hair loss when I was in the 10 mg+ range. All of this was manageable and aligned with what I had been told to expect. One thing I really appreciate is their internal customer website, which is excellent. It’s full of clear, easy-to-understand information on all of the medications and supplements they offer, and I’ve found it incredibly helpful throughout this process. Their Facebook group is also a big plus — supportive, active, and full of shared experiences and useful information. It’s reassuring to be part of a community where people are open, encouraging, and willing to help each other. What’s been most impactful is how much this medication changed my relationship with food. My sweet tooth is greatly reduced, and greasy fast food now makes me feel sick — something I never imagined. I still enjoy a Dr Pepper occasionally, but usually don’t even finish it. I haven’t been able to exercise due to two rotator cuff surgeries, so my results have come primarily from nutrition changes and the support this medication provided. I focus on protein, hydration, and simple, sustainable meals. I plan to gradually taper down to a microdose and continue long-term. Overall, I’m grateful for the care, transparency, resources, and community Lavender Sky Health provides. This has been a genuinely life-changing experience for me.
