Don't buy there anything! 1. The quality is super cheap. 2. If you order something and you like to return, you have to pay the shipping over sea! Super expensive! Even if they send you something wrong! They offer a 25% discount so you keep something you never wanted! Over all I cannot recommend that shop to anyone! There are so many other online shop with way better quality and way better costumer service! That was a once in a lifetime experience and I'll never ever order there again!

I have ordered a dress for a wedding. The dress was never delivered because the package was lost on his way. It was too late for the wedding so there was no need to send a new one. I told them to make a refund but they refuse to do a refund. They want to send a new package and then I can ask a retour so they want me to pay extra costs that aren’t necessary. Very unprofessional… First and last time for sure.

I bought a dress and the said it got “lost”. It was never delivered. I have asked for a refund which they are reviewing. Although not much to review as I never received the dress

Si vous hésitez encore, n'achetez surtout pas sur ce site ! Ce sont des arnaqueurs qui vendent des produits chinois de très mauvaise qualité à des prix exorbitants. Le produit est d'une qualité absolument répugnante, mais ils prétendent qu'il correspond parfaitement à la photo et à la description du site. Je dois payer les frais de retour. Quel site scandaleux !

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a dress for my graduation because it said it would arrive in just a few days, and now it’s been weeks with no updates at all. The lack of communication is honestly unacceptable. I was really excited for this dress, and now I’m stressed because I still don’t even know if it’s coming. Very poor customer service and overall experience.

N’achetez surtout pas. J’ai commandé une robe le 28 avril (commande #LS2989) et depuis : aucune nouvelle, aucun suivi de colis, aucun lien de tracking envoyé. Après un mail pour avoir des informations, on me dit finalement que le colis serait “perdu”… alors que je n’ai jamais reçu le moindre numéro de suivi. Ils m’assurent ensuite renvoyer ma commande, mais encore une fois aucun tracking malgré mes demandes répétées. J’ai donc demandé un remboursement, et là on me répond qu’ils doivent “voir avec leur direction” ??? Très honnêtement, tout cela ressemble fortement à une arnaque. Je doute fortement de recevoir un jour ma commande.

I just ordered a dress, it was my family who bought it from US to deliver in France and we haven’t received any order tracking since a week already. The order is : LS3262. Please I trust you but it is annoying cause I need it for this Sunday 17 may. And we bought it the 4 mai. Is it real a Scam?

A fuir !! Commande passée le 6 avril. Colis perdu 😡😡😡😡 Aucunes nouvelles, Par contre le paiement lui a bien fonctionné, bien évidemment !
