I had a very good experience refinancing with Laurel Road. Originally, I was looking to refinance with Sofi, who I had heard offered great rates and support. However, when I received offers from Sofi, Laurel Road was willing to negotiate with me and beat the interest rate that Sofi offered. I pitted the two against each other to see who would go lowest, and Laurel Road appeared to have the most flexibility, even if it was only by lowering the interest rate by .03%. The customer service for Laurel Road was fantastic throughout the application process and was very understanding of the fact that I was trying to get the best rate and was fielding offers from other companies. Five Stars.
