Laurel Road help me refinance a loan from a big bank where the interest rate was outrageous. The process to apply was easy and the format of the application was modern and easy to understand. I also liked how after 36 on-time payments your co-signer can get off the loan which makes it less daunting. Anytime I called customer service, they were polite and answered my questions fully.
