I was very impressed with their customer service team, who was able to answer any and all questions I had pertaining to the refinancing process and made it simple and easy. Best of all, I'm now paying less each month than I was paying, and my timeline dropped from 25+ years to 15 years! You can't beat that. Pleasantly surprised with Laurel Road. I had previously refinanced one of my kids student loans with Sofi and while that experience was fine.
