It was a straight forward process. The representatives guide me through out the process very easily and very effectively. My interest rate changed from variarable to a decent fixed rate. Very satisfied with the service. Highly recomended.

Refinancing with Laurel Road is without a doubt one of the best financial decisions that I have ever made. I initially applied with SoFi to refinance my dental school loans but was denied. After being disappointed with SoFi, I decided to apply with Laurel Road since the American Dental Association recommended them. The online process was simple and easy to use, and I was able to upload the necessary documents within minutes. Customer service answered all my questions promptly so there was no delay in the application process. Afternoon being approved, I was able to lower my rate from 6.8% (25 year plan) to under 5% (15 year plan)! I also signed up for Autopay to save me another 0.25% in interest! I couldn’t be happier with my decision, and I recommend Laurel Road for anyone with over $100,000 in graduate student loan debt!
