I had no overwhelming issues. The online application was very well organized and made it easy to understand the steps to getting approved. The proof of income was a bit confusing considering I was refinancing after graduating and didn’t have 2 months proof of income yet

I was thinking that the bonus was 500 dollars, but I received only $400. I did spoke to one of your agent over the phone and they said the bonus is $500. I don't know where is the remaining $100. Otherwise all procedure was very smooth. I really like. Thank you

pretty easy process

I had a great experience with a customer service representative when I had an issue with a withdrawal from my bank. The Rep stayed on the line with me as I called my bank and explained to them the issue I was having and which department we needed to speak with. I appreciated his willingness to stick it out for the conference call.
