Laurel RoadReviews of laurelroad.com

Laurel Road was the only company to give me a shot at refinancing my student loans. I had worked very hard to improve my credit and they saw that and offered me a loan that is going to save me money and stress! I cannot thank them enough.

I've entered my personal data into numerous creditors' websites and Laurel Road gave me the best rate for the terms I was looking for. The application was super easy and straightforward, I was approved within a couple days, if not same day. It did take almost two weeks (about 10 days) for the funds to get deposited to my old loan creditor, and by that time interest had accrued over there, but no big deal, I just . I SAVED ABOUT 3% IN MY APR!! So i'm super happy about that. 10/10 will recommend.

Great customer service, fast responses to questions, easy to use system

So far so good! The application process was extremely easy and straightforward and I'm very grateful to of found Laurel Road. Thank you so much!

When considering the option to refinance my student loans, I was held back by the fear of how time consuming or messy the process could be. However, this process was the complete opposite. Aside from providing the appropriate details, there wasn’t much else I had to do. Additionally, I had not discovered Laurel Road in my initial search. I didn’t know they existed until I received a direct mail piece that had a lower rate than every competitor I had considered. The low APR sealed the deal for me, especially with the ongoing prime rate increases that are becoming too common again. My overall experience has been nothing short of great.

Switching over to Laurel Road couldn’t have been easier. I needed a little more cashflow with my current financial situation so I wanted to refinance to a lowe payment. I shopped around for rates and LR had the best rates for me by far. When applying I had a question about the loan process which was replied to the next day in a timely and friendly manner. So far so good!

Laurel road was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get in touch with over the phone and email for all my questions. Additionally, one of the only companies to approve me!

I've tried for years to refinance my extremely high, variable interest private student loans and no one would let me refinance. Laurel Road initially denied me, but a few months later after I improved my credit score a little they emailed me that they had a loan servicer that I might qualify for. After filling out the application (which was very easy) they offered me a great rate reducing my monthly payment by about $150! I now have a much lower fixed interest rate and I couldn't be happier. Definitely would recommend Laurel Road to people looking to refinance
