This company has been a genuine pleasure to work with. Before Laurel Road, I had a student loan with over 10% interest from Sallie Mae, and 6 more student loans from Navient who purposefully misguided me into making poor and expensive decisions. I've never gotten this impression from Laurel Road. Their process for refinancing is easy, transparent, and fair. If you do have questions, their phone support is phenomenal. There's been a few occasions where they've taken extra time to look at my account and explain any figures I don't understand. I highly recommend them for refinancing your student loans.

When I came out of my medical residency in 2017 there were only 2 banks offering student loan refinancing. Laurel Road (associated with Mohela, Keybank, DRB Bank) has always provided me with great customer service. Most importantly - they always offered me lower rates when compared to the competition! I had to refinance my loans shortly after 3 years due to COVID-19 and again their service was excellent with the lowest rates! They have definitely earned my business and I am looking forward to the finalization of my mortgage loan in the near future. Highly recommend.

Laurel Road is fantastic. Applying was super easy and approval was quick. There's finally an end in sight to these student loans I've made no progress on in almost 10 years. It will be paid off in 4!!

I highly recommend Laurel Road. I have refinanced my student loans twice through them, and everything was seamless both times. I was able to consolidate my own federal student loans as well as a parent plus loan that was under my mom's name. Setting up automatic payments was super easy as well. Navigating their website is straightforward.

Laurel road rocks. They were able to keep my interest rate the same of what it was before Earnest, but also extended the term to keep my monthly payment small as I try and get a house. Everything went quick, just on the income they requested more proof. I am recommending them to more people.
