Laurel RoadReviews of laurelroad.com

Refinancing with Laurel Road was one of the best experience’s I’ve had since I began several years ago. The time it took from start to finish was exceptionally fast. The rate was the best in the industry. I would recommend Laurel Road student loan refinancing in a heartbeat!!!

Laurel Road was very helpful in giving me a loan rate and schedule. Responses were quick and easy to understand. They also offer lower rates than a lot of other companies out there. Their website is very easy to maneuver, and making payments is convenient and quick. I would highly recommend Laurel Road.

I thought the whole process was really easy and I was very impressed how quickly it all happened!

I had an excellent experience

Even though I wasn't able to complete all the balance transfers to my Laurel Road credit card, Lemarcus helped me with 1 transfer and has been a great help. He is very knowledgeable and informative, polite and kind, listened to what I needed, and was sympathetic with the hurdles I've had with the new credit card. I appreciate his help.

I recently refinanced some private student loans and was happy with the experience. They were responsive to my calls and made the process go quickly and smoothly. Plus I got a much lower interest rate than I would've imagined. Also after funding they were quick to set up autopay and good customer service remained.

Good communication with the representative.

Great experience! I made the switch from another lender (rhymes with Lofi). The customer service experience was amazing and the website was also so user friendly. They sent a cute onboarding package welcoming me to LaurelRoad. Would definitely recommend to my doctor colleagues/peers!
